TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Parents must declare all medical conditions of students during registration, and we must be
kept informed of any changes in medical circumstances by e-mail or by phone.
Payment must be received on the first week of every month.
All class fees, event fees and show fees are non-refundable, except if DDC must cancel, then
an alternative class will be arranged.
DDC reserves the right to terminate a student’s participation in class without refund, if
found to be bullying, misbehaving, or engaging in anti-social behaviour.
Students are not allowed to use their phones, the internet or take photos during class.
Parents are not permitted into the Dance Studio during classes.
Parents are not permitted into dressing rooms or backstage during performances and
competitions.
Students should be collected as soon as class finishes.
Students participate in class at their own risk and are responsible for their own belongings.
DDC are not responsible for any loss or injury during class.
We ask parents/guardians to grant permission for DDC to take photographs and videos of
the students for social media use. No personal information is ever used or linked to the
photographs and videos.
